Glamping Sosna guest guide

Everything you need on site — works offline too.

Arrival and keys

Address: ul. Leśna 7, Sosnówka, 66-010 Krzywa, Poland (Nowogród Bobrzański municipality). Navigation: https://maps.google.com/?q=Krzywa+18,+66-010+Krzywa

  • Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 12 noon (Magical Weekend: 2 pm – 2 pm).
  • The entrance gate opens with a code and the key box is on the right of the front door. It holds the keys to the house and to the second apartment (on the left). You get the codes in the Glamping Sosna chat on arrival day from 12 noon or in the welcome e-mail.
  • Drive onto the paved courtyard only to load and unload — please park outside it.
  • After your stay, put the keys back in the key box.
  • Your hosts don't live on site but are always reachable: +48 793 278 989.

The house: WiFi, power, heating

WiFi — fibre up to 900 Mbit/s. The network name and password are in the welcome e-mail and in the Glamping Sosna chat (button “Access codes”).

Remote work — the apartment next to the house has a monitor and a network cable from the router. If you need to work, that's the best spot.

Heating — a pellet boiler we control remotely, plus electric heaters. Too cold? Write in the chat and we'll turn it up. Please do not light the tiled kitchen stove (fee 650 zł).

Electricity — 100 kWh included, above that 0.50 € per kWh. The fuse box is by the front door, main switch on the right.

  • With a big group, switch on the oven, kettle and other power-hungry devices one at a time — together they can trip a fuse.
  • If a fuse tripped after water got onto the hob or oven — do not switch it back on, unplug the device and call us.
  • Electric car charging: 0.50 € per kWh.

Sauna

Electric sauna for up to 8 people — book it in the chat or on the “Before you arrive” page (hours are included in packages).

  1. Set the controller to 80°C (about 90°C inside the cabin).
  2. Sessions of 8–15 minutes with cool-downs in between — the cold-water tub is right next to it.
  • No part of your body should touch the wooden boards — use towels and kilts (kilt rental: 2.50 €).
  • There is a radio in the sauna — a memory card with selected music is under the bench, or connect via Bluetooth.
  • No sauna after drinking alcohol.

Hot tub step by step

Wood-fired hot tub with hydromassage for up to 8 people. Preparation 75 € (cleaning, fresh water, one batch of firewood) — please order at least a week before arrival; free for returning guests. Heating up takes 3–4 hours depending on the weather.

  1. Make sure the drain plug is closed and fill the tub — the opening above the light must always be under water, ideally by 5 cm. The tap is on the side of the house facing the beach.
  2. Light the stove (only when the water is above the opening over the light). Firewood is in the small foil shed next to the tub.
  3. Every 10–15 minutes switch on the hydromassage for 60 seconds — it mixes the water and heats it faster. Keep adding wood regularly.
  4. Keep the thermal cover on while heating — the water heats faster.
  5. Before bathing, take off the cover and place it on the wooden platform by the fence, leaning against the fence.
  6. When the water is hot enough, stop adding wood and reduce the air supply by sliding the lower plate of the stove.
  7. Too hot? Add cold water from the garden hose.
  8. After bathing, switch off the hydromassage and the light, put the thermal cover back on and turn off the water at the side of the house.

Important

  • Water below the opening over the light will permanently damage the stove.
  • Hydromassage max. 4 hours in a row, then a 20-minute break.
  • If you won't use the tub again, drain it with the valve at the back of the stove.
  • Max. 8 people. No dancing in the tub and no standing on the thermal cover.
  • No hot tub after drinking alcohol.
